1. USER RESPONSIBILITY

If content you submitted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact information.

5. RESTORATION OF CONTENT

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may provide it to the original claimant and may restore the material as permitted by law unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. REPEAT INFRINGERS

Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.

7. FALSE OR MISLEADING CLAIMS

Submitting knowingly false copyright notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability. Do not submit a notice unless you have a good-faith basis for doing so.
