We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate the Service, maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve performance. We do not sell personal information for money.

5. LOCATION PRIVACY

Location is central to the Swiftstash experience. If you enable location access, the Service may use your current location to show nearby stashes, calculate distances, provide navigation or hot/cold features, or help create a stash.

Stash locations you choose to publish may be visible to other users.

Do not publish a home address or another person’s private address unless doing so is lawful, appropriate, and authorized.

You can control device-location permissions through your browser or device settings.

6. PHOTOGRAPHS AND USER-SUBMITTED IMAGES

Images you upload may be displayed as part of stash listings, find logs, profiles, or community features.

Before uploading an image, consider whether it contains faces, license plates, addresses, identifying information, minors, private property, or other sensitive details.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to upload the image.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and protect the Service.

Retention periods may vary by information type and purpose. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.

8. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Swiftstash is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without legally required parental consent, contact hi@swiftstash.co.

Parents and guardians should supervise minors participating in real-world stash activities.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party services such as maps, authentication, hosting, analytics, social-media, or other technology providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you access the Service from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
